Tonglu Yan Ziling Fishing Platform Scenic Area 桐庐县严子陵钓台景区
A scenic site at the foot of Fuchun Mountain south of Tonglu County, where the Eastern Han scholar Yan Guang (Ziling) is said to have retired to fish, refusing office from his former classmate Emperor Guangwu; Fan Zhongyan built a shrine to him here when exiled to Muzhou in the Song. It is a Zhejiang provincial protected cultural site.

A coastal scenic area 9 km from the Xiangshan county seat, planned over 31.22 sq km, where outliers of the Tiantai range meet the sea in islets and headlands sheltering East Beach, South Beach and Baisha Bay; it formerly served as Ningbo's water-sports training base.
Dapengshan Resort 达蓬山旅游度假区
A 422 m hill on the border of Longshan in Cixi and Zhenhai District, originally called Xiangshan and renamed after the legend that Xu Fu sailed east to Penglai from here; it now has the Xu Fu Culture Park and Foji Temple.
Ningbo Jiulong Lake Tourism Area 宁波市九龙湖旅游区
A medium-sized reservoir at Jiulonghu in Zhenhai District, also called Jiulong Lake, completed in 1988 with a total capacity of 23 million cubic meters; once Zhenhai's drinking-water source, it now serves mainly flood control, ecological water supply and recreation.
Haitian Yizhou Scenic Area 海天一洲景区
A platform in the sea at the middle of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge, used during construction for surveying, rescue and storage and converted after completion into an offshore viewing area with an observation deck and tower, totaling 41,700 sq m of floor space.
Ningbo Wildlife Park 宁波野生动物园
A safari park in Ningbo's Dongqian Lake resort area, formerly Youngor Zoo, opened in 2004 on over 1,900 mu; it has the largest water area of any wildlife park in China and pioneered a boat-based animal viewing route.
Zhaobaoshan 招宝山
A hill at the mouth of the Yong River in Zhenhai, Ningbo, anciently Houtao Hill, which with Jinji Hill opposite commands the estuary; a strategic stronghold, it preserves intact relics of resistance against Japanese pirates, Britain, France and Japan from the Ming to modern times, its coastal defenses a national key cultural relic.
Baoguo Temple 保国寺
An ancient temple at the southern foot of Lingshan in Ningbo's Jiangbei District, founded in the Eastern Han; its main hall, built in 1013, is one of the few surviving Northern Song timber structures south of the Yangtze, and the temple was among the first national key cultural relics listed in 1961.

The Anji branch of the Zhejiang Museum of Natural History, opened at the end of 2018; the museum was founded in 1984 and became a national first-grade museum in 2012.

A water-control system on the southeast shore of Taihu Lake begun in the Spring and Autumn period, comprising canals, over 200 "lougang" channels, cross dikes and polder fields that regulate the lake; the best-preserved section is in Huzhou's Wuxing District, listed as a national key cultural relic in 2019.

A village at Tianhuangping in Anji County where in August 2005 Xi Jinping, during a visit, first put forward the idea that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets"; the meeting room on the second floor of the village hall is a Zhejiang provincial protected site.
Moganshan 莫干山
A mountain in Deqing County, Huzhou, an outlier of the Tianmu range with its 720 m main peak Tashan; known for its cool, quiet, green setting and villas amid bamboo forests, it ranks with Lushan, Beidaihe and Jigongshan as China's four great summer resorts.
Jiangnan Tianchi 江南天池
The upper reservoir atop the Tianhuangping pumped-storage power station in Anji County; the station's 1.8 GW capacity is the largest in Asia and second in the world, and the reservoir area has sights such as the Tianhuang and Dilao steles. It was listed as a Zhejiang provincial protected site in 2023.

A tributary of the Ou River in Yongjia County, anciently called the Ou Water, with a basin of 2,420 sq km and a 139.8 km main stream; wide and shallow, its water is exceptionally clear over a pebble bed.
Zeya Scenic Area 泽雅景区
A provincial scenic area at Zeya in Wenzhou's Ouhai District, also called West Yandang Provincial Forest Park, developed from 1989; it has eight sections including Seven Falls Gorge, Jinkeng Gorge, Zeya Lake and Paper Mountain, with over 230 sights.
Wuyanling 乌岩岭
A national nature reserve in northwest Taishun County, Wenzhou, covering 18,861.5 ha and protecting chiefly Cabot's tragopan and its habitat.
Wenzhou Jiangxinyu Scenic Area 温州江心屿旅游区
An island in the Ou River north of downtown Wenzhou, 700,000 sq m, one of China's four famous river islets and a symbol of the city; it has the East and West Pagodas and Jiangxin Temple, and is called the "Isle of Poetry" for the nearly thousand poems left by Xie Lingyun, Meng Haoran and others.
Nanji Islands 南麂列岛
An archipelago 30 nautical miles off the Aojiang estuary in Pingyang County, Wenzhou, of 52 islands over 500 sq m; the largest, Nanji Island, is 7.64 sq km and named for its muntjac-like shape, and its Daotiao Hill is one of China's territorial-sea baseline points.

Songyin Stream 松阴溪
A left-bank tributary of the Daxi section of the Ou River in southern Zhejiang, rising in Suichang County and flowing past the Songyang county seat to join the Daxi below the Tongji Weir at Bihu in Liandu District; 119 km long with a 1,981 sq km basin.
Heyang Ancient Dwellings 河阳古民居
The Zhu clan village complex at Heyang in Xinjian, Jinyun County, founded in the Five Dynasties and replanned in the Yuan; ringed by hills on three sides and water on the fourth, about 0.4 sq km, it is an important example for studying the planning and clan ritual order of lineage villages.
Baishanzu 百山祖
A national nature reserve in Qingyuan County covering about 108.8 sq km; its 1,856.7 m main peak is Zhejiang's second highest, earning the names "ancestor of a hundred mountains" and "source of three rivers". It chiefly protects the South China tiger and the Baishanzu fir.

The former inner city of Jinhua Prefecture at the confluence of the Dongyang and Wuyi rivers in Wucheng District, first built in 903; most of its walls were removed in 1938, a historic protection zone was designated in 1995, and the "one street, six museums" project opened in 2019.

An island 22 km southeast of Jiaojiang District, Taizhou, made up of Upper and Lower Dachen with 50–60% forest cover, a provincial marine forest park; in 1955 Kuomintang troops and civilians were evacuated under US Navy escort, known as the Dachen evacuation.

A group of man-made rock caverns at Xinhe in Wenling, formed by 1,500 years of quarrying since the Southern and Northern Dynasties into 28 cave groups and 1,314 chambers, the largest such complex known; with Fangshan it forms a national scenic area, listed as part of a Global Geopark in 2005.

Shaoxing Lanting Scenic Area 绍兴兰亭风景区
A Jin-dynasty garden at the foot of Lanzhu Hill southwest of Shaoxing, the residence of the calligrapher Wang Xizhi; here in 353 he and Xie An and other literati held a purification gathering at which he wrote the "Preface to the Orchid Pavilion", hailed as the finest running-script work ever.
Shaoxing Donghu Scenic Area 绍兴市东湖风景区
A lake at Gaobu in Shaoxing's Yuecheng District, noted for its strange rocks, deep grottoes and scattered pavilions and bridges linking lake and caves; called a giant water-and-rock bonsai of Jiangnan, it ranks with Hangzhou's West Lake and Jiaxing's South Lake as Zhejiang's three famous lakes.

Xishi Hometown 西施故里
A cultural tourist area at the foot of Zhuluo Hill on the Huansha River south of Zhuji, developed from 2003 over 1.44 sq km on both banks; centered on the Xi Shi Hall, it includes the Fan Li Shrine, a hall of famous women of Chinese history and an ancient Yue street.
Dayu Mausoleum 大禹陵
The memorial tomb of Yu the Great, founder of the Xia dynasty, at the foot of Kuaiji Mountain 8 km southeast of Shaoxing, facing west.
Fuzhishan 覆卮山
A range at the junction of Shangyu, Shengzhou and Yuyao, an outlier of the Siming Mountains with an 864 m main peak, the highest in Shangyu; its name comes from Xie Lingyun's line about drinking and composing poems on the summit and overturning the cup when done.
Wuxie Scenic Area 五泄风景区
A scenic area in the mountains of northwest Zhuji covering 9.45 sq km, made up of the Xi Shi Hometown, Wuxie, Douyan and Tangjiangyan sections; it is a national scenic area and national forest park.
Anchang Ancient Town 安昌古镇
An old town in northern Keqiao District, Shaoxing, named Anchang after Qian Liu quelled Dong Chang's rebellion in the late Tang; among Zhejiang's first historic and cultural towns in 1991 and a national one in 2005.

Quzhou Longyou Grottoes Tourism Area 衢州龙游石窟旅游区
A group of huge man-made rock chambers in Longyou County, Quzhou, thought to have been cut between the Spring and Autumn period and the Han, by methods still unexplained; the largest ancient underground man-made complex yet discovered, it was listed as a national key cultural relic in 2013.
Longyou Dwellings Garden 龙游民居苑
A park of historic buildings on Jiming Hill in Longyou County, where since 1991 Ming-Qing structures that could not be protected in place have been relocated; it has six such buildings including the Wu Family Hall and the Wang Residence, listed as a national key cultural relic in 2013.
Fugaishan 浮盖山
A mountain on the border of Jiangshan, Zhejiang, and Pucheng, Fujian, also called Gaixian Hill, an outlier of the Xianxia range with a 1,146.4 m summit; the Jiangshan side is developed with walking trails and forms part of the Jianglang Mountain scenic area.
Gutianshan 古田山
A national nature reserve in Kaihua County in the Baiji range, covering 8,107 ha with its main peak Qingjian at 1,258 m; it protects Elliot's pheasant, the black muntjac and typical subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest.
Xianxiaguan 仙霞关
A pass on the ancient Xianxia Road in Jiangshan, a strategic point between Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangxi known as the "key to the southeast"; ranked with Yanmen, Hangu and Jianmen as China's four great ancient passes, it retains four gates and 5 km of granite-paved road.

A classical Chinese garden in Haiyan County, popularly the Feng Family Garden, built around natural hill-and-water scenery with influences from Suzhou and Yangzhou; it is the best-preserved and largest private garden in Zhejiang, praised by Chen Congzhou as the finest in the province.

An island in Zhoushan's Putuo District with a land area of 61.82 sq km, part of the Putuoshan scenic area and 2.5 km from Putuoshan Island; a temple estate supplying the Putuo monks since the Yuan, it is also home to Zhoushan Putuoshan Airport.
Shengsi Huaniaodao 嵊泗县花鸟岛
The northernmost island of the Zhoushan Archipelago, in Shengsi County, named for its chrysanthemums and narcissus and its bird-like shape; its Qing-dynasty Huaniao Lighthouse was the largest in the Far East when built.
