- Zunyi Conference Site 遵义会议会址 2005The building on Ziyin Road in Zunyi's old town where the Zunyi Conference was held, listed among the first national key cultural heritage sites in 1961 and the core of the Zunyi Conference Memorial Museum.
- Loushan Pass 娄山关 2013Also called Lou Pass or Taiping Pass, a pass on the main peak of the Dalou Mountains at 1,576 metres. In February 1935 the Red Army fought Guizhou forces here in the Battle of Loushan Pass. A national key cultural heritage site.
- Four Crossings of the Chishui River Memorial Hall 四渡赤水纪念馆 2015A memorial hall on Changzheng Street in Tucheng Town, Xishui County, commemorating the Red Army's four crossings of the Chishui River.
- Shuanghe Cave Tourist Scenic Area 双河洞旅游景区 2016A vast cave system in Suiyang County, named for the two rivers meeting outside it. Surveyed to 439.7 kilometres, it is China's longest cave and the world's longest dolomite cave, with fossils of giant pandas and other vertebrates found inside. A national geopark.
- Hailongtun 海龙屯 2017A fortified chieftain's citadel on Longyan Mountain, built in the late Southern Song during resistance against the Yuan. The Yang chieftains ruled here for 27 generations until their destruction in the 1600 Bozhou campaign. Regarded as China's best-preserved medieval castle site, it was inscribed as a World Heritage Tusi Site in 2014.
- Tucheng Ancient Town 土城古镇 2017Tucheng Town, under Xishui County, was named one of China's Top 100 Cultural Towns in 2023.

Guiyang (23)
- Qianling Mountain Park 黔灵山公园 2001A large urban park on Qianling Mountain in northwest Guiyang, covering 426 hectares of dense forest around the scenic Qianling Lake. It is home to large troops of wild macaques.
- Tianhe Pool 天河潭 2009A scenic area in Shiban Town, Huaxi District, Guiyang, 24 kilometres from the city centre and covering 15 square kilometres.
- Xifeng Concentration Camp Revolutionary History Memorial Hall Scenic Area 息烽集中营革命历史纪念馆景区 2015The site of a prison run by the Kuomintang's Military Statistics Bureau during the War of Resistance, comprising the Yanglangba camp headquarters and the Xuantian Cave detention site. Listed as a national key cultural heritage site in 1988, it is among the first classic red tourism sites.
- Guizhou Geological Museum 贵州省地质博物馆A geological museum and archive under the Guizhou Department of Natural Resources, opened in 2021 and rated a national first-class museum in 2024. It holds over 100,000 fossil, rock and mineral specimens, with permanent exhibitions on Guizhou's geology and palaeontology.

Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture (22)
- Xijiang Thousand-Household Miao Village 西江千户苗寨 2011A settlement of more than ten contiguous hamlets at the foot of Leigong Mountain beside the Baishui River, the largest Miao village in China, with Miao people making up 99.5% of residents. Its timber stilted houses dominate, and the craft of building them is national intangible cultural heritage.
- Yuntai Mountain 云台山 2012A dolomite karst area in northern Shibing covering about 210 square kilometres, with a main peak of 1,066 metres. In 2014 it was inscribed as World Heritage within the South China Karst extension.
- Xiasi Ancient Town 下司古镇 2017Named for its position downstream of Pingding, once an important relay station on the Tea Horse Road. It retains the look of a river town built around its old wharf and is known as the home of the Xiasi dog.
- Longli Ancient City 隆里古城 2018A Ming-dynasty walled town in Longli Township, Jinping County, whose walls survive in part along with three city gates.
- Huangping Jiuzhou Ancient City 黄平旧州古城 2018An old town in Jiuzhou, Huangping County, whose historic buildings are a national key cultural heritage site. It was named one of China's Top 100 Cultural Towns in 2023.

- Zhangbu Tibetan Script Stone Scenic Area 掌布藏字石景区 2009A scenic area at Taopo Village in Zhangbu Township, Pingtang County, also called the Saviour Stone area. Its main sight is the 'Hidden Character Stone', with other sights including a cluster of egg-shaped stones, Longevity Spring and the Stone Guanyin.
- China Sky Eye 中国天眼 2017The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST), operated by the National Astronomical Observatories of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Begun in 2011 and completed in 2016, it is the world's largest filled-aperture radio telescope.

- Maling River Gorge 马岭河峡谷 2013A great rift gorge on the Maling River, a tributary of the Nanpan, northeast of Xingyi, 74.8 kilometres long and 120 to 280 metres deep, with clusters of waterfalls and linked caves. A national scenic area, it is also one of China's best-known rafting destinations.
- Qinglong Stilwell Road 24 Bends Scenic Area 晴隆史迪威24道拐景区 2017A wartime road southwest of Qinglong county town, opened in 1936 and rebuilt in 1943 by a US Army engineer battalion aiding China. It formed a section of the Stilwell Road, the old China-India highway.
- Wanfeng Lake 万峰湖 2018An artificial lake formed by the Tianshengqiao I hydropower station on the Nanpan River, covering about 600 square kilometres across Anlong in Guizhou and Longlin in Guangxi.

- Yunfeng Tunpu Scenic Area 云峰屯堡景区 2014Centred on the Yunshan garrison village founded in the early Ming, comprising two adjoining fortified settlements, Yunshantun and Benzhai, whose buildings blend Jiangnan and local styles. Yunshantun is a Famous Historical and Cultural Village of China, and its historic buildings are a national key cultural heritage site.

- Miao King City 苗王城 2014A Miao royal citadel at Xinzhai in Zhengda Township, Songtao County, built in the early Hongwu era of the Ming as the seat of the Dayi Miao chieftaincy. Divided into east and west cities, it had over 2,000 metres of walls, four gates and eleven lanes with eleven hamlets.

Bijie (12)
- Jiudongtian Cave 九洞天A roughly 7-kilometre underground stretch of the upper Liuchong River pierced by nine skylight openings strung like beads, hence the name. The caves average about 80 metres high, and the area also has gorges, natural bridges and sinkholes. Listed as a national scenic area in 2004.
- Axilixi Jiucaiping Tourist Scenic Area 阿西里西韭菜坪旅游景区Part of the Wumeng Mountains spanning Hezhang, Weining and Zhongshan District, with the highest peak Xiaojiucaiping at 2,900.6 metres. The terrain is typical karst.
